Ed Wilson
After training in economics and then health economics at the University of York, I worked for the York Health Economics Consortium, providing advice and health economic analyses to the NHS and pharmaceutical companies. In 2003, after a period working for the pharmaceutical industry, I joined UEA as a research associate, then lecturer in the Health Economics Group during which time I undertook a PhD focusing on efficient research design. In 2013 I joined the University of Cambridge as a Senior Research Associate, leading a group of researchers conducting economic evaluations, studies on efficient research design and other economic analyses.
In November 2018, I rejoined UEA as Senior Lecturer in Health Economics and am a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Public Health, University of Cambridge.
